This was the worst experience of my life... and it's still not over!!
I bought a dress from these ladies in February, falling for the super pushy tactics. Not only to they expect you to pay up front in full, but they seem to completely forget about you once you've made your purchase. Three months after I bought it, I hadn't heard anything so I called (Beginning of may) and was told it would be in around the middle of May, but may be a little late (Closer to June) and she told me I would get a phone call if it's late. It's now July, and I have heard nothing. I've called and left messages and finally received a voice mail saying it should be in by the end of JULY!! Good thing I'm not moving to a new city in three days.
Worst customer service ever. The dresses are beautiful but you can expect to get pushed around!
